La Arena Middle Education Center

A solar system of 82.24 kWp was installed, composed of 144 photovoltaic panels of 585W, distributed in 9 chains optimized for maximum energy efficiency.

The system was designed under the technical specifications of the educational project, ensuring stable generation, high performance, and compliance with industrial electrical standards.

The infrastructure includes aluminum support structures, 1,500V DC solar wiring, and combiner boxes with individual protections per chain to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Microgrid with Industrial Storage

The project integrates a 100 kW microgrid inverter along with a 157.63 kWh LFP lithium battery bank, allowing high-voltage energy storage and intelligent load management.

This system allows:

  • Automatic management between grid, solar generation, and batteries

  • Operational continuity during electrical failures

  • Optimization of energy consumption

  • High combined efficiency (up to 97.9%)

The solution guarantees partial energy autonomy, electrical stability, and reduction of operating costs for the institution.

SERVICARNES S.A

Project of a photovoltaic solar plant of 1,872 kWp, composed of 2,592 monocrystalline solar panels of 650W, distributed between rooftop installation and ground structures to maximize energy capture.

The system is designed to operate with a nominal capacity of 1.0 MW AC, using four hybrid microgrid inverters of 250 kW in parallel, allowing:

  • On-Grid and Off-Grid operation

  • Intelligent demand management

  • Reduction of consumption peaks

The configuration includes AC/DC protections, industrial conduits, and advanced system programming to adapt to the operational needs of the site.

Energy Storage and Management System

The solution integrates 16 clusters of industrial HV batteries of 215 kWh, reaching a total capacity of 3.44 MWh, with an estimated usable energy close to 2.9 MWh considering efficiency and depth of discharge.

The microgrid system allows:

  • Partial energy autonomy during interruptions

  • Automatic management between grid, solar generation, and batteries

  • Optimization of energy costs

  • Remote monitoring platform (EMS/BMS)

  • Technical supervision and scheduled preventive maintenance

The project engineering includes technical support, remote monitoring, and annual maintenance, ensuring stability, scalability, and long-term performance.
